Cancellation Policy
SKIN RX SPA | BOOKING POLICY We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. To provide the best experience for every client, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. $40 BOOKING FEE A $40 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The $40 will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service and your remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the $40 booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted by text message to our business phone number at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 786-721-7228 or through your online booking account. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their $40 booking fee. A new $40 booking fee will be required before another appointment can be scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. Arrivals that are 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Booking fees are non-refundable. They may only be transferred according to the rescheduling policy above. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required $40 booking fee has been received.
