Registered facial specialists (estheticians)
-
Licensed electrologists

Licensed massage therapists
All participants must provide their professional license or registration type and number during enrollment. Skin Rx Spa and Trainings reserves the right to verify credentials with the appropriate licensing authority.
Admission to a seminar does not authorize a participant to perform procedures outside their legally permitted professional scope of practice.
Participation in hands-on activities is subject to the student's specific license, applicable Florida laws, facility requirements, equipment safety standards, and any required supervision.
Certain practical procedures may be restricted to demonstration or observation when the participant's professional credentials do not authorize their performance.
These seminars are intended for professional skill development and do not grant a new professional license, expand an existing scope of practice, or provide state-approved continuing education credits.
4. TOTAL TUITION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Total Bundle Tuition: $1,500
The tuition covers the three seminars included in the Advanced Body Contouring & Technology Training Bundle.
Payment 1 — Registration
A $150 registration deposit is due at enrollment.
This amount is credited toward the total tuition and is not an additional charge.
Payment 2 — First Day of Training
An additional $600 is due before the student begins the first training session.
Total paid at this stage: $750.
Payment 3 — Second Week of Training
The remaining $750 is due before the first scheduled training session of the second week.
Total tuition paid: $1,500.
No additional tuition is due for the included seminars after the required payments have been completed.
Any separately priced optional materials or services must be disclosed and agreed upon before purchase.
5. REGISTRATION DEPOSIT
The $150 registration deposit reserves a place in the selected training, subject to available capacity and confirmation of enrollment.
The deposit is applied toward the student's total tuition.
The deposit is intended to be nonrefundable after expiration of any applicable statutory cancellation period, except when a refund is required by law or otherwise provided in this agreement.
The registration deposit is not a separate administrative charge in addition to the advertised tuition.
6. OPTION TO CHANGE FROM THE BUNDLE TO ONE SEMINAR
Students may elect to change their enrollment from the complete three-seminar bundle to the first individual seminar before beginning instruction on the first training day.
Individual Seminar Tuition: $600
The payment calculation is:
-
Registration deposit already paid: $150
-
Additional payment on the first day: $450
-
Total individual seminar tuition: $600
Students selecting this option will not be required to pay the remaining tuition for the other two seminars.
The student and Skin Rx Spa and Trainings must confirm the revised enrollment selection in writing before instruction begins.
Once the first seminar has started, subsequent withdrawal or refund requests will be governed by the applicable cancellation and refund provisions of this agreement and Florida law.
7. CANCELLATION BEFORE TRAINING BEGINS
Students who wish to cancel their registration must contact Skin Rx Spa and Trainings.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email or another documented communication method.
The registration deposit may be retained only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of this agreement.
Any mandatory cancellation period or refund right takes precedence over a conflicting nonrefundable deposit provision.
If Skin Rx Spa and Trainings cancels a program before instruction begins and does not provide a mutually acceptable alternative, payments will be refunded as required by applicable law.
8. Consumer Cancellation Rights
CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For enrollments covered by Florida Administrative Code Rule 2-18.002, students have the right to cancel within three business days of entering the agreement, without penalty, and receive a full refund of payments made, including the $150 registration deposit.
Additional cancellation rights may apply if services are no longer offered as agreed or if a doctor's order establishes that the student cannot physically receive the services.
Refunds required under this rule will be issued within 20 days after receipt of a qualifying cancellation notice.
9. WITHDRAWAL AFTER TRAINING BEGINS
Students may request withdrawal after instruction has begun.
The provider will review the training delivered, payments received, materials provided, and applicable refund requirements.
Students who withdraw after completing a seminar may be charged for completed training in accordance with the disclosed pricing arrangement, provided that the charges comply with applicable law.
Any unearned tuition will be refunded when required by law or the applicable enrollment agreement.
No automatic additional cancellation penalty will be imposed solely because a student elects to discontinue the remaining seminars.
Any tuition settlement must be documented and communicated to the student.
10. STUDENT ATTENDANCE
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
Because the seminars include hands-on equipment instruction, attendance is important for safety and skill development.
Students who anticipate an absence should notify the instructor as early as reasonably possible.
Missed sessions are not automatically transferable to another participant.
Makeup instruction may be offered subject to availability, equipment access, instructor scheduling, and the applicable attendance policy.
A student who misses essential practical instruction may be required to complete additional supervised training before receiving a Certificate of Completion.
11. RESCHEDULING AND PROGRAM CHANGES
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings may reschedule sessions when reasonably necessary due to instructor illness, equipment malfunction, facility problems, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or other operational circumstances.
Students will receive reasonable notice whenever possible.
If a material schedule change prevents a student from attending and a mutually acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, any refund will be determined according to the enrollment agreement and applicable law.
A substitute date or alternative training arrangement will not be imposed in violation of mandatory consumer rights.
12. LATE PAYMENTS
Students must comply with the agreed tuition payment schedule.
If a payment is not received when due, the provider may postpone the student's participation in future instruction, subject to applicable law and the terms of the enrollment agreement.
The student will be informed of the outstanding balance and available payment arrangements.
Any late fees must be separately disclosed and agreed upon before enrollment. No undisclosed late fees will be charged.
13. EQUIPMENT AND HANDS-ON TRAINING SAFETY
Participants must follow instructor directions and all applicable equipment safety protocols.
Students must not independently operate training equipment without instructor authorization.
Students must:
-
Follow manufacturer instructions and training safety procedures.
-
Observe treatment indications and contraindications.
-
Use appropriate sanitation and infection-control practices.
-
Report equipment malfunctions immediately.
-
Avoid performing procedures beyond their legal scope of practice.
-
Stop a procedure when instructed or when a safety concern arises.
The instructor may suspend a practical activity when a participant's conduct creates an unreasonable safety risk.
14. HANDS-ON MODELS AND INFORMED CONSENT
Practical training involving human models or participants requires appropriate screening and informed consent.
Before a hands-on procedure, the person receiving treatment must be informed of the nature of the procedure, reasonably foreseeable risks, contraindications, and available alternatives.
Separate treatment-specific consent and screening forms may be required.
Students must not perform hands-on services without the required authorization, supervision, or professional credentials.
Participation in a training seminar does not remove the licensing requirements that otherwise apply to professional services.
15. STUDENT-TO-STUDENT HANDS-ON PRACTICE AND CONSENT
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings incorporates supervised practical instruction into its professional-development seminars. During training, participants may practice approved techniques on fellow students who voluntarily agree to receive treatment.
A. Voluntary Participation
Students may be invited to act as treatment models for other participants. Receiving a treatment is voluntary, and students may decline or withdraw consent at any time.
Students who cannot receive a treatment because of medical contraindications, personal concerns, or other reasonable circumstances may be offered an alternative learning activity when feasible.
B. Separate Treatment Consent
Before receiving a practical treatment, each student must complete the applicable treatment-specific informed consent and health screening form.
The consent process must identify the procedure, relevant risks, contraindications, and any necessary precautions.
C. Professional Licensing
Students may perform only those procedures legally permitted under their existing professional credentials and applicable Florida law.
Enrollment in a seminar does not expand a student's professional scope of practice.
D. Supervision and Equipment Safety
Hands-on activities must be conducted under instructor supervision and in accordance with applicable equipment instructions, sanitation requirements, and safety protocols.
The instructor may stop or modify any procedure when necessary to protect participant safety.
E. Potential Risks
Depending on the treatment, possible reactions may include temporary redness, tenderness, bruising, swelling, discomfort, burns, or other complications.
Students must promptly report unexpected reactions or discomfort.
F. Privacy and Professional Conduct
Students must respect the privacy, dignity, and physical boundaries of fellow participants.
Appropriate draping and professional conduct are required throughout practical instruction.
G. Incident Reporting
Any injury, unexpected reaction, equipment malfunction, or safety concern must be reported immediately to the instructor and documented according to the training provider's incident-reporting procedures.
H. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Participation in hands-on instruction does not waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under Florida law.
I. Equipment-Based Professional Training
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings provides advanced professional-development seminars focused on noninvasive aesthetic technologies, including body radiofrequency, Endospheres, Lipomassage, and other body-contouring equipment.
These seminars are designed to teach equipment operation, aesthetic treatment protocols, cellulite appearance reduction, body-contouring techniques, safety precautions, contraindications, and supervised hands-on applications.
The training is intended for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes and is not presented as medical treatment, therapeutic massage education, or instruction in diagnosing or treating diseases.
All hands-on activities must comply with applicable Florida laws, professional scope-of-practice requirements, facility authorizations, and manufacturer safety instructions.
Completion of a seminar does not grant a professional license, expand an existing professional scope of practice, or provide state-approved continuing education credits.
16. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLOSURES
Participants receiving hands-on treatments must disclose relevant health information that may affect treatment safety.
Depending on the equipment or procedure, contraindications may include certain implanted medical devices, pregnancy, active infection, impaired sensation, recent surgery, or other conditions identified in the manufacturer's instructions.
The provider may decline or postpone hands-on treatment when appropriate screening cannot be completed or when a safety concern exists.
Health information will be collected only as reasonably necessary and handled according to applicable privacy and recordkeeping requirements.
17. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional behavior toward instructors, classmates, models, and staff.
Harassment, threatening behavior, intentional misuse of equipment, or serious violations of safety procedures are prohibited.
The provider may remove a participant from an activity when reasonably necessary to protect others.
Any termination of enrollment and related financial consequences remain subject to applicable law and the refund provisions of this agreement.
18. TRAINING MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Training manuals, written protocols, presentations, diagrams, and other original educational materials supplied by Skin Rx Spa and Trainings are intended for the enrolled student's personal professional education.
Students may use the knowledge and techniques they lawfully acquire in their professional practice.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or public publication of protected training materials is prohibited except where permitted by law or written authorization.
19. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND RECORDING
Students may not photograph or record other participants, models, or instructors without appropriate permission.
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings will obtain separate consent before using identifiable student or model images for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.
Refusal to authorize promotional photography will not prevent participation in otherwise available training.
20. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
A Certificate of Completion may be issued when a student:
-
Attends the required instructional sessions.
-
Completes applicable practical training requirements.
-
Demonstrates compliance with essential safety procedures.
-
Satisfies the program's published completion requirements.
A Certificate of Completion documents participation in private professional training.
It does not constitute a government-issued license, state certification, or approval to perform regulated services.
21. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL RESULTS
The provider does not guarantee that completion of a seminar will result in employment, increased income, professional licensure, or a particular business outcome.
The effectiveness of equipment and treatment protocols may vary depending on the device, operator, treatment conditions, and individual client factors.
Students are responsible for selecting appropriate equipment, obtaining required professional authorizations, and practicing within their lawful scope.
22. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings will use reasonable care in organizing and delivering training, maintaining equipment, and supervising practical activities.
Students must comply with reasonable safety instructions and report known hazards.
Nothing in this agreement releases the provider from liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability for conduct for which a waiver is prohibited under applicable law.
Any separate informed consent or assumption-of-risk document must be appropriate to the specific practical activity and must not replace legally required protections.
23. PRIVACY AND STUDENT INFORMATION
Registration information may include names, contact details, professional license information, emergency contacts, payment records, and training participation records.
This information will be used for enrollment administration, communication, safety, payment processing, and training documentation.
Information will be shared with service providers or other parties only as necessary for legitimate operations or as permitted or required by law.
Medical screening information, when collected, will be handled separately with appropriate safeguards.
24. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Students are encouraged to contact Skin Rx Spa and Trainings promptly regarding concerns about scheduling, instruction, payments, or other training matters.
Complaints may be submitted through the business's published contact channels.
The provider will review complaints in good faith and seek a reasonable resolution.
Nothing in this policy prevents students from contacting an appropriate government agency, pursuing a lawful consumer complaint, or exercising legal rights.
25. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable Florida law and any mandatory federal requirements.
If any provision conflicts with a law that cannot be waived by agreement, the applicable law will control.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally enforceable.
26. POLICY CHANGES
The provider may update policies for future enrollments.
Material changes to an existing student's tuition, cancellation rights, or contractual obligations will not be imposed retroactively without the student's agreement where required by law.
The version provided to the student at enrollment will be retained for recordkeeping purposes.
27.Consumer Cancellation Rights
For any enrollment covered by Florida Administrative Code Rule 2-18.002, students may cancel within three business days after entering into the agreement and receive a full refund of payments made, without penalty.
Where that rule applies, students may also exercise the additional cancellation rights provided for medical inability to receive services or when contracted services cease to be offered as agreed.
Any registration deposit, tuition payment, or other charge will be refunded to the extent required by applicable law.
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings will provide the legally required cancellation notice and completed agreement at enrollment. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer cancellation rights.
28. Hands-On Training, Student Pairing, and Model Requirements
Students participating in hands-on seminars at Skin Rx Spa and Trainings will generally be paired to practice treatments on one another under instructor supervision.
Students are encouraged to participate as both treatment providers and recipients. However, receiving a treatment is voluntary.
Students who cannot or choose not to receive a treatment due to medical contraindications, health concerns, or personal preferences are responsible for bringing their own suitable adult model.
All models participate completely free of charge. No treatment, product, equipment, or supply fees will be charged to models.
All students and outside models receiving treatments must complete the appropriate health screening and informed treatment consent forms before participation.
Skin Rx Spa and Trainings reserves the right to decline treatment when contraindications or safety concerns are identified.
Students must successfully complete the required practical training activities to qualify for their Certificate of Completion. All practical activities must comply with applicable licensing and scope-of-practice requirements.
29. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ENROLLMENT TERMS
By signing or electronically accepting this agreement, the student confirms that they have received an opportunity to review:
-
The selected training program and schedule.
-
The total tuition and installment payment obligations.
-
The $150 registration deposit and applicable refund terms.
-
